This is a very good frontend, very easy to use, it doesn't need a very fast pc to run smoothly (runs on 600 MHz eee PC with no problem). The only downside is that it's not free, but it's still worth it's price. |

An operating system that is commonly used in car PCs. It can be optimised to run on slower machines with small amount of RAM and it's easy to find a good free frontend program for it. |

Works on all cars that are OBD-II compliant and it's supported by almost all diagnostic programs. And even though my 2002 Ford Focus tdci is not OBD-II compliant, I can still manualy communicate with its ECU through terminal. Just make sure that your your car supports OBD-II protocol if you are planing on using it with programs like centrafuse. |

It works fine and software is quite easy to set up. It also supports multiple displays. Just a warning, if you are planning to use it with eee-pc: connectors on the controller are a bit too big to easily fit in the eees lid near the lcd. |
